i got shampoo in my eye like 10 minutes ago and i cant see worth crap! i guess i can see what im typing with my ';good'; eye rite now...it really burns too!!!Can shampoo permanently effect vision?

No, unless it was manufactured in a facility that replaces safe ingredients for completely useless and harmful crap. It's unlikely though. Wash your eye out with cool water for 5-10 mins. it should feel better once you get all the shampoo out.
well, depends on how strong the shampoo is. i recommend that you should try to wash it out and rest/close your eyes in the meantime. i guess putting an icepack on top of your closed eye could help a bit for the burning
its not permanent it will go away. If you can go rinse your eyes out and if you're still having problems tomorrow see your doc
No you won't lose your vision, it happened to me before and it hurt sooo bad.
