Every time after I wash my hair with just using shampoo, my hair doesn't come out as soft but much less frizzy. Does conditioning take a certain amount of time to set it so I could shampoo afterwards or should I just skip conditioning from now on?Would using shampoo after conditioner reverse the effects?
if you have fine hair, conditioning first may be beneficial
