I have psosaris on my scalp starting from the hairline I'm worried shampoo's etc will effect hair any solution

With psoriasis, your best bet is to check with a doctor, preferably a dermatologist, and get his advice, as to what shampoo is best for you.I have psosaris on my scalp starting from the hairline I'm worried shampoo's etc will effect hair any solution
Go to a specialist. Psoriasis can be controlled but you need the supervision of a doctor, as it varies from person to person, and he/she will prescribe you all sort of additional treatments to soften the layers of excess skin.

However, I can tell you that you should eat a lot of fresh vegetables fruit, take vitamin supplements, and avoid red meat, these measures help to fight back psoriasis.

I know it's a terrible skin disease, my sister, mother and father have it.I have psosaris on my scalp starting from the hairline I'm worried shampoo's etc will effect hair any solution
t gel shampoo worked wonders for me and there was a big improvement after the first time using it,its worth trying it,hope it works for you
polytar shampoo or neutrogena is very good with these sorts of conditions. however if it is persistant or deteriorating you should see your doctor for him to provide some topical steroids for short term use as these would really help.

Hair %26amp; Scalp- Seborrheic Dermatitis (Severe Dandruff)

Brijette of Bettendorf, Iowa writes us, ';My Chiropractor told me to use vinegar on my baby girl's cradle cap. I applied it straight and let it sit for 10 minutes before her bath. I've done this only four times now and her cradle cap is almost gone already!!! Maybe this straight vinegar treatment could work for other scalp problems as well.';

Anne writes, '; I have dark hair which is very oily. I use apple cider vinegar as a hair rinse, it helps to dissolve buildup, which results in much shinier hair. It has also been very beneficial for my dandruff.';

A reader from Boston, MA writes, ';I'm so happy that I found this site. I have applied straight apple cider vinegar 30 min before washing my hair and the flaking is almost gone. It has taken five treatments and WOW what a difference. It make my hair shiny too (extra bonus).';

good luck...
my mum had psosaris for years. There was a soap she used to buy which looked like a brown tar soap. A guy was making it in his own home and selling it cheaply. A huge pharmaceutical company offered him a fantastic amount so they could buy the patent and make it as the demand was spreading and he couldn't keep up. The reason this story made the news years ago was because the guy was furious as they then refused to make it as it affected the sales of their other psosaris products as it was so good it cured people - and they owned the patent therefore no one else was allowed to make it either.

He lived in the north east of england somewhere - dont know how long patents last but someone reading this may know how to re discover this soap
Denorex! Follow the directions. Works great. Doctor recommended. No fee
I have psoriasis and use Polytar Scalp Treatment.It works for me.
Go to the health food store and they have every kind of hair solution and shampoo you need to fix your scalp.
Try TGel shampoo it very effective
I have had Psoriasis. The only effective treatment I have found is the MG217 product line. It has cleared up the major 'patches' for me.

I haven't found any problems with the condition of my hair due to this - in fact normal shampoos seem to do more damage, and make the Psoriasis worse...
