use shampoo/conditioner for your hair type. buy them from beauty outlets or hairdressers because the brands you find in regular stores often contain too much alcohol and hash ingredients.
shampoo your hair twice, the first shampooing usually moves around the grease and dirt and the second removes it from the hair. towel dry your hair and then apply the conditioner, cover with a plastic bag and then apply heat with a hairdryer for 15-20 minutes. the heat will open the hair shaft and allow the conditioner to enter. leave on overnight if possible. when washing hair use luke warm water and when finished, blast the hair with cold water as cold as you can take. the cold water closes the hair shaft and adds shine. make sure you wash thoroughly. only wash your hair around 2-3 times a week if you can, its actually bad for the hair to wash it everyday because you remove the oils it needs.
