could i use?IM going out and im washing my hair, my dandruff shampoo doesnt really seem to be having an effect what else..
have you been using the particular shampoo for a long while? Try using a different one, it loses its affect if you use the same one for a long time.IM going out and im washing my hair, my dandruff shampoo doesnt really seem to be having an effect what else..
i read an article today that said apple cyder vinegar might have an effect on dandruff
well you shouldnt use dandruff shampoo anyway....it usually works for a couple of washes and then your hair gets used to it and then the dandruff comes back.......

i would suggest changing to different shampoo's every couple of washes........

DONT use Head and Shoulders!!!!!!!!
effect on what?
The best shampoo to use would be an umparfumed PH balancing shampoo, anti dandruff shampoo can be to strong sometimes becuse it strips the scalp so can ruin your hair.
After you get your hair wet to wash it, pour your usual amount of shampoo into your hand and add about a 1/2 a teaspoon of regular table salt to it. Mix it up with your finger and shampoo as usual.
wow....i have dandruff before...now no more...as i have been using a dandruff shampoo called ' Nizoral' ,made in Belgium...i mix it with my normal shampoo and apply on my hair...leave it 5 minutes before rinsing...and now i having long and smooth hair without dandruff anymore...really effective. This shampoo was introduced by a pharmacist of a drugstore...i think u can find this at any drugstore or pharmacy..use this few times and you will see the result!
what is the shampoo u use?

head and shoulders is meant to be really good for dandruff.

i use herbal essense... ohhhhhhh ohhhhh! lol. xxx
